Tian He Retreat offers a variety of activities for the mind, body and soul. You can begin your day with pre-dawn meditation, chanting in the Temple, watching the sunrise, or practicing yoga. After breakfast, we can arrange hiking tours, picnics at the rock pool and waterfalls or cycling trips to remote villages along quiet mountain roads. You can also enjoy an afternoon of tea and reading in our library filled with an extensive collection of English language books on China.
